Please Note:  Because we want you to have the best possible experience with our coffee, we treat our 2lb and 5lb bags as special order items. I wanted to share a quick note on how our process works and why it’s a bit different from our standard retail bags:

• Roast-to-Order Freshness: To ensure your coffee doesn’t lose its flavor before you can finish the bag, we do not pull 5lb orders from existing shelf stock. Instead, your bag is added to a custom roasting queue. This ensures you receive the beans at their absolute peak flavor.

• The Minimum 3-Week Timeline: Our roasting team operates on a specific weekly schedule to maintain quality. The three-week window accounts for our production cycles, the "degassing" period (where the beans rest to develop their full flavor profile), and shipping time.

• Prepayment: Because these large bags are custom-roasted specifically for you, we require prepayment to secure your place in the roasting queue and reserve the green coffee beans for your batch.
